How contact works

  • You never receive a player's or a parent's contact details.
  • There is no messaging. You cannot contact a player or a family through this platform.
  • Registering interest creates a task for a PFSA admin. PFSA speaks to the parent or guardian first, then comes back to you directly.
  • Every profile you open is shown to the player's family: your organisation name, type and the date.
